The Italian Catholic Federation St. Clare Branch encourages and promotes our faith, Christian principles, and spiritual and charitable works. The ICF conducts events, projects, programs and traditions that support our parish, our community and the Sacramento Diocese. Our beneficiaries include: seminarians, children, persons with severe disabilities, working poor, homeless persons and college bound students in our parish and beyond. -
